Pre Delivery Checklist

If you’re reading this then you’re awesome because you rented from Bounce That LLC in Richmond!

We want to make sure your event is just as awesome as you are. So we put together a short list of things you should know to ensure that you have a great experience and we exceed your expectations.

In preparation for the arrival of our equipment for your event please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. REMAINING BALANCE:  If you only paid the deposit when you booked the remaining balance is due on the day of delivery when the equipment arrives.
  2. Electrical: Please know the location of your power (that is in good working condition) and/or water(if applicable) and have it readily accessible to our crew.

  3. Please DO NOT mow grass near or around the equipment. If mowing is desired, please do so one day prior to our arrival.

  4. All ANIMAL WASTE MUST be cleared from the setup area.

  5. SPRINKLERS:  We use stakes to secure inflatables to the ground. We are not responsible for any damage to sprinklers system on property due to stakes or staking.  If you have a sprinkler system please let us know where not to stake.  Turn off all sprinkler systems will the equipment is on your property
  6. Cancellation Policy: All orders require $50 credit card deposit which is nonrefundable unless the order is over $500 in that case a deposit of $100 will be required at the time of the reservation if you cancel your event prior to your rental you’ll be giving a rain check that does not expire and is good for a future rental we do not issue refunds of the deposit.
