BounceThat LLC

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BounceThat LLC website and rental services. By booking a rental, submitting a request, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

BounceThat LLC provides inflatable and party rental equipment for private events and commercial use. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Reservations and Payments

  • Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

  • All orders require a $50 non-refundable credit card deposit at the time of reservation.

  • For orders totaling over $500, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Failure to pay the full balance by the due date may result in cancellation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • If you cancel your event prior to your scheduled rental date, you will receive a rain check credit equal to your deposit amount.

  • Rain check credits do not expire and may be applied toward a future rental with BounceThat LLC.

  • No cash or card refunds are issued for deposits or unused rental time.

4. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup

  • Customers must ensure clear access and adequate space for delivery and setup.

  • BounceThat LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unsafe site conditions.

  • Equipment must remain at the delivery location and may not be relocated without written permission.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Supervise equipment use at all times

  • Follow all safety instructions

  • Prevent misuse or abuse of equipment

  • Be responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear

6. Damage, Loss, and Liability

Customers assume responsibility for loss or damage to equipment while in their possession. BounceThat LLC is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, unsafe conditions, or failure to follow provided instructions.

7. Safety

Equipment should not be operated during unsafe weather conditions, including high winds or storms. BounceThat LLC reserves the right to remove equipment if unsafe conditions arise.

8. Prohibited Use

Customers may not:

  • Use equipment for illegal activities

  • Modify or tamper with equipment

  • Allow unsupervised or unsafe use

  • Sublet or transfer equipment without consent

9. Limitation of Liability

BounceThat LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of its services or equipment.

10. Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree that BounceThat LLC may contact you regarding your rental, including confirmations, scheduling, and service updates.

Text message communications are governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

BounceThat LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
